So many students —and adults— put off doing important work. However, it’s not because we don’t want to get things done. There are many reasons why we do this but one of them is our state of health prevents us from accomplishing what we need to.

To achieve success, you first need to define what success means to you. What is the main objective you want to achieve? Those that succeed in achieving victory are those that take the time to look ahead and formulate a plan “of attack”.
