Communication Questions
Why didn’t I get that email?
If you don’t think you received an email from us, you might be looking in the wrong place. Make sure to check your spam or junk inboxes! If the email is in there, don’t forget to mark it as “Safe”, “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”. This will keep it from going to those incorrect inboxes.
Also, make sure your mentor or teacher has the correct email on file. This is a great way to know that everyone has the correct information.
How do I find my teacher or mentor's contact information?
Communicating with your teachers and mentor is essential to your success with Grad Solutions or Smart Schools!
Do you need to find their contact information? There are two ways to locate it:
Log in using the Student Portal and click on the “Meet my instructors” button to locate your teacher’s information.
You should have also received an email with course information when you began your class! This email includes your teacher’s information. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, just in case.

What's my login information?
Logging in is obviously an important first step to getting started! Sometimes students misplace their login information, and we get asked, "What's my login information again?"
Please check your email for an activation email and be sure to check your spam or junk folder! If you still cannot find it, please try contacting your mentor, instructor, or submit a form on our contact page.
How do I use the graduation calculator to figure out when I can graduate?
Ever wondered how long it will take you to graduate? A graduation calculator can be a helpful tool to figure out how long until you graduate or how to pace yourself for graduation!

Can you unlock my next course?
Your next class will be activated as soon as you have passed your Cumulative Exam or completed Remediation, and once your teachers grade you out.
To see your next class, head to your student dashboard and scroll down to “My Course”. Here you will see any active courses, in green, and your next course will be in grey. Not everyone’s dashboards will be up do date, so you can always check with your mentor to make sure it’s correct.
What Is Plagiarism?
Understanding what plagiarism is can be essential to your time in school. You may not be familiar with what plagiarism is, so the purpose of this video is to explain it and help you avoid making this mistake. You want to do your best to avoid this!

How many credits do I have left?
As you make progress toward your diploma, you may wonder how many credits you have left. Your mentor or academic advisor is the quickest way to get this information! Please reach out to them to understand how close you are to graduation.

How do I review my course progress & grades?
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you were unsure about your grade in a class or wanted to check your current progress? In this video, we will show you how to review your course progress and check your grades on Edge. We will also go over your course report and explain everything important for your success on the platform. So, if you are an Edgenuity user, this video is a must-watch for you. Watch till the end to get all the information you need to stay on top of your grades and course progress.

What is the benefit of taking the prescriptive exam?
Prescriptive Test are a great tool to get credit for what your already know and speed up the process of getting your diploma! How do they work? Watch this video to find out.
How do I use ProctorKey?
When you are ready to take a Prescriptive Test, getting access to ProctorKey is simple! Make sure to check your email for instructions from your instructor on the entire process.
There are four ways to log into ProctorKey:
In the email from your teacher
In your Edgenuity dashboard
In your student dashboard
Why can’t I move forward on my failed quiz?
So you’ve taken your quiz three times and still haven’t passed. At this point, your quiz will be locked, and you cannot take it again. In order to receive a retake, you need to contact your teacher and let them know that you did not pass your three attempts.
