You may find therapy helpful if you’re experiencing:
Trauma and unresolved past experiences
Anxiety and chronic stress
Medical trauma and chronic illness
Grief and loss
Relationship challenges
Life transitions
What Should I Expect?
Your first session is a chance to slow things down and get to know your therapist. You’ll be able to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and bring up any questions or concerns you have about the therapy process. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — your sessions will move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
Remember, therapy is confidential and your privacy is very important to us. Information shared in sessions is protected, with a few legal and ethical exceptions that will be reviewed with you during your first appointment.
