Virtually Participate in a Graduation Ceremony
How can I participate virtually?
We would love for all graduates to physically join us at graduation, but we understand that this is not possible for many. Here are some options for you to be a part of the upcoming celebration, no matter where you are!
Stream the ceremony: We will be streaming the ceremony live on our YouTube channel. Subscribe to our channel now so you don’t miss anything.
Submit a photo and bio OR a short video to be shown on the screen before the ceremony begins: You can choose to follow the guidelines below and submit a photo and bio or a short video for the upcoming ceremony. We will share all submissions live at the graduation venue.
Photo & Bio Guidelines
Please submit an appropriate portrait photo to be shared.
Bios must be no longer than 75 words. They will appear next to your photo.
You can feel free to share some words of encouragement, why you are proud or excited to graduate, what you’ve overcome, or shout out those who have supported you!
Short Video Guidelines
Please make sure your video is 30 seconds or less (we won't be able to use videos that are longer than 30 seconds). Please make sure that when you film your video, there is not a lot of background noise.
Please introduce yourself quickly, state which program you are graduating from (either Smart Schools or Grad Solutions)
You can feel free to share some words of encouragement, why you are proud or excited to graduate, what you’ve overcome, or shout out those who have supported you (friends, family, staff, etc.).
