Why I mentor: I want to be involved in helping others pursue and accomplish their educational goals. I enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in the lives of others.
What I do in my spare time: I like to travel, take walks, read and hang out with friends.
Fun fact about me: I lived in Mexico for 7 years and adopted my two children there.
Hobbies/Interests: I love to travel and learn about other cultures. I like to do yard work.
Education: I received my B.A. in English and Teacher Certification for Elementary Education.

Why I mentor: I became a mentor to be there for the ones who need someone on their side. I know what it's like to not have that person.
What I do in my spare time: In my free time, I love to read and play video games.
Fun fact about me: A fun fact about me is I danced at Disneyland before going to college! I also used to go sailing in Mexico every year when I was a child.
Hobbies/Interests: I love to draw on my iPad! It is one of my favorite things to do. I also love to read.
Education: I attended the University of Arizona where I received my bachelor's in Elementary Education.

Why I mentor: I became a mentor because I really want to build relationships and connections with students and be able to make a difference in their lives.
What I do in my spare time: In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends and family!
Fun fact about me: A fun fact about me is that I have 2 dogs and a horse!
Hobbies/Interests: I love to read books, ride my horse, and spend time with my husband.
Education: I graduated from Grad Solutions a few years ago and have since focused on working!

What I do in my spare time: In my spare time I like to travel, explore new restaurants, go swimming, and read!
Fun fact about me: I lived in Germany for two years and was a nanny for 3 children :)
Hobbies/Interests: I love to read! Anything from fiction to self-help books. I also love dancing and painting :)
Education: I graduated from High School in 2008 and started working right away. I then tried some college and trade school, but it just wasn't a good fit for me so I continued different career avenues and traveled!

What I do in my spare time: In my spare time, I like to go on adventures and spend time with my family.
Fun fact about me: A fun fact about me is that I used to barrel race in rodeos.
Hobbies/Interests: Some of my favorite things to do include: losing myself in a good book, gardening, taking on home projects, and making something creative, whether it's sewing or crafting.
Education: I graduated high school with determination and hard work, but it was a close call. I went on to take some college classes and found that it wasn't right for me. Education is a lifelong journey and I am always eager to learn and expand my horizons.

Why I mentor: I mentor to help others who want to help themselves but don't know how. To quote the Lorax "UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not.".
What I do in my spare time: In my downtime, you'll likely find me at home playing video games, reading, watching anime, or doing something music related.
Fun fact about me: I don't scare easily, which is why I really love the Horror genre and haunted houses. The one movie that really scared me, and I refuse to watch, is ‘The Day after Tomorrow’.
Hobbies/Interests: I love playing vs. watching sports, specifically Football, Kickball, and Basketball.
Education: I attended a high school that specialized in Arts and really made me feel like I could do anything. I specialized in performing arts, graduating in 2012, with Honors.
