What is Financial Aid?

There are different types of financial aid available through the FAFSA (free application for federal student aid):

Loans: Borrowed money that you must repay with interest after finishing school.

Arizona Promise Grant
Arizona Promise Programs offer scholarships to help high school students from underserved communities attend community college. They remove financial barriers and support academic success. Partnering with local cities, these programs give students the skills needed for promising careers, benefiting both students and the community.
The goal is to provide a college education without financial stress. To qualify, you must:
Be a high school graduate or have a GED.
Be a current resident of the partner city.
Enroll full-time at a partner Maricopa Community College.
Show financial need through FAFSA.
Maintain a minimum GPA at the community college.
Promise Programs are available at various schools nationwide, making college affordable and supporting your academic journey.
